About Us
Who Are We?
We are a completely independent property viewing team, with clients from across the globe we are here to view properties on your behalf and highlight any property concerns, wether structurally or financially to give you a third person opinion on your investment.​
Our dedicated team live and breath property, and what makes us different from the rest is our combined 70 years hands on construction management experience. We also have on board our team a veteran building regulations officer who has spent over a decade around London inspecting individual residential properties, that have valued in excess of £40m each.

All our team members are also experienced landlords and property investors, each holding personal portfolios consisting of BTL (Buy to lets), HMO (Houses in multiple occupation), Commercial Lets and are actively busy Flipping properties.

All our team are born and bred Mancunian, so we can safely say that we know Greater Manchester like the back our our hand.
